Do I need to make a reservation?
No, tubing is on a first come, first served basis. We do ask that groups of 20 or more call in advance.
Do I need to bring equipment or a tube?
No equipment is needed! We provide the tubes.
Is there an age restriction?
We do not have age or height restrictions but we recommend children be at least four years old. All tubers must be able to ride the tow line and tube down the hill by themselves.
How should I dress?
Dress accordingly for the weather. We recommend tubers wear snow pants, gloves and goggles.
Should I wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is recommended but not required. We have helmets available for use – free of charge – for those who would like to wear one.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all tubers must sign a waiver prior to tubing. The waiver may be signed upon arrival or you may print the waiver in advance and bring with you. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign for them.
Can more than one person ride in a tube?
No. For safety reasons, we only allow one person per tube. We have a limited number of double tubes for those with small children, or we can link individual tubes together.
How do I get back up the hill?
Our handle tow rope system will allow you to glide back to the top of the hill.
Do you have a place to warm up?
Yes, we have a lodge at the base of the hill with tables and chairs.
Do you have food and drinks?
Yes, we have a full service kitchen and bar in our lodge. Enjoy pizza, nachos, hot chocolate and other beverages in between tubing.
Can we bring our own food?
We ask that no outside food is brought onsite, with the exception of desserts for parties.
Can I reserve tables?
Yes, we can reserve tables for parties of 20 or more.
