Tubers must be at least 4 years of age but we do not have height restrictions. All tubers must be able to ride the tow line and tube down the hill by themselves. For safety, children are not permitted to ride on an adult’s lap. We do have a limited amount of double tubes available.

No. For safety reasons, we only allow one person per tube. We have a limited number of double tubes for those with small children, or we can link individual tubes together.

You know what they say about winter in Michigan: wait ten minutes and it might change! Dress accordingly for the weather. Although not required, we recommend tubers wear comfortable snow pants, boots, gloves/mittens, and goggles.

Wearing a helmet is highly recommended but not required. Due to COVID, we do not have helmets available to rent this season.

Yes, all tubers must have a signed waiver before tubing. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign for them. A link to the digital version of the waiver will be included in the confirmation email that is sent once your tickets have been purchased. Please ensure the digital waiver is complete for all participants, including all adult participants, prior to your arrival.

Our handle tow rope system allows you to sit back and relax as you and your tube glide effortlessly back to the top of the hill.

While we love relying on the natural white stuff, sometimes it comes later than we want it to. We do have the ability to make our own snow and get the fun started sooner.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for tubing tickets. Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours before your reservation time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time and no-shows will not be refunded. If we’re unable to open due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, affected reservations will be notified via email and fully refunded.
