Timberlee Hills Event Venue FAQ

Venue (Includes ceremony and reception) – $6,000 (Saturday) / $5,000 (Sunday)

Price includes:

  • Bridal suite
  • Use of property for photos
  • Access to building prior to wedding
  • All tables and chairs for reception (including setup and tear down)
  • All tables needed for food, dessert, gifts, etc.
  • White table linens
  • High top tables and patio chairs for cocktail hour
  • Day of wedding coordination
  • White folding chairs for ceremony (including setup and tear down)
  • Use of wedding arbor

Ceremony Only – $1,250

We have two reception spaces at Timberlee Hills. Our smaller, more intimate room can seat up to 70 guests. Our larger space can accommodate up to 280 people.

No. At Timberlee Hills, we have our own liquor license, which means all alcohol must be purchased through us. Outside alcohol cannot be brought on-site. We’re proud to offer competitive prices and we’ll work with you to ensure a cost effective bar setup.

We do not offer full service in-house catering, but we work with many amazing caterers who are dedicated to providing delicious, crowd-pleasing eats for you and your guests. All caterers must be licensed and insured. Food trucks may be allowed on a case by case basis and require pre-approval by Timberlee Hills.

We know it’s never fun when the party has to end, but in order to be respectful to our neighbors (and meet the county’s ordinances), the following end times must be adhered to:

Last call for the bar is announced at 10:30 p.m. and the last song is played at 11 p.m. We require everyone to leave the venue by midnight.

We are located just six miles northwest of Traverse City, in Leelanau County.

Yes. To keep you and your guests comfortable, our building is temperature controlled 24/7. Our covered patio also is equipped with siding to ensure your guests stay warm in the colder months.

Timberlee Hills can accommodate a variety of events from wedding ceremonies & receptions to birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, bridal & baby showers, and corporate events.
