Do I need to bring equipment or a tube?
No equipment is needed! We provide the tubes.
Is there an age restriction?
We do not have age or height restrictions but we recommend children be at least four years old. All tubers must be able to ride the tow line and tube down the hill by themselves in their own tube. Children cannot ride on an adult’s lap. We do have a limited amount of double tubes available.
How should I dress?
Dress accordingly for the weather. We recommend tubers wear snow pants, boots, gloves and goggles.
Should I wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is recommended but not required. Due to COVID, we do not have helmets available to rent this season.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all tubers must sign a waiver prior to tubing. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign for them. A link to the digital version of the waiver will be included in the confirmation email that is sent once your tickets have been purchased. Please ensure the digital waiver is complete for all participants, including all adult participants, prior to your arrival.
Can more than one person ride in a tube?
No. For safety reasons, we only allow one person per tube. We have a limited number of double tubes for those with small children, or we can link individual tubes together.
How do I get back up the hill?
Our handle tow rope system will allow you to glide back to the top of the hill.
Do you make your own snow?
We do have the ability to make our own snow, but still heavily rely on natural snow.
Do you offer refunds for tubing tickets?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for tubing tickets. Cancellations must be made up to 48 hours before your reservation time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation time and day of no-shows will not be refunded. If Timberlee Hills is unable to open due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, affected reservations will be notified via email and fully refunded.
Do you have a place to warm up?

Do you have food and drinks?
